In accordance with current provincial restrictions, we are offering all of our usual services while maintaining physical distancing. We are able to book annual exam/vaccine appointments, and are no longer restricted to urgent care only. We ask for your patience and understanding with any delays as we are booking further out than usual for non-urgent appointments. Please call 613-774-6386 when you arrive and we will come out to escort you directly into an examination room with your pet. Our reception area is still closed so we will ask you to wait at your vehicle until your appointment is ready to start.
We would ask anyone choosing to physically attend their pet's appointment to wear a mask when entering the building. A handwashing station is available just inside the front entrance. Because of the difficulty maintaining physical distance inside an exam room, only one household member should attend the appointment if at all possible. Please remain seated during the appointment and allow the veterinarian and technician to hold your pet for their exam.
We are maintaining frequent disinfection and cleaning protocols for everyone's safety. If anyone in your household is ill, immuno-compromised or under quarantine, or you would prefer not to enter the building, please allow us to collect your pet from you for their exam while you remain in your vehicle and we are happy to communicate by phone.
We are still maintaining physical distancing through curb-side pick up for food/medications. Please call 613-774-6386 when you arrive in the parking lot and we will bring your order out to you. We encourage calling in your credit card number or sending an E-transfer before your arrival to decrease your wait time when picking up your order, and our exposure to the elements in winter.
If you have not yet checked out MyVetStore, our online store for ordering food, medication and pet supplies, we would encourage you to do so. Food is shipped directly to your door with the option for auto-ordering and reminders so that you never have to worry about running out, not to mention the convenience of being able to browse and order 24/7.
Lastly, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for all of the kind words, thank you’s and patience we have received over the past few months. It is our pleasure to be able to continue to come to work and assist with keeping your furry family members safe during this difficult time.
